Eminently sensible. Both clubs are out of the Trophy, and I'm sure would rather play their league game on a Saturday than a Tuesday night in November.
This balances out the loss of our league fixture this Saturday when we're involved in the Cup, and means we're not going to fall much behind with our games.
Well done to all concerned for rearranging the match so promptly.

Unless of course you work certain Saturday's in which case this is rubbish. I don't care that the fixture move probably only affects me and that it'll benefit (hopefully) the overall gate. I want it on a cold Tuesday night so I can watch!

Good work. Except that it means I shall miss the birthday party of someone I haven't seen for ages, really want to see and desperately want to ask for advice on something (afternoon do because she has a baby and can't get out much). Oh well, I suppose the club doesn't arrange fixtures purely for my convenience ;D Sensible decision there.

We still have five of the bottom 6 teams to play before completing half our fixtures.
