When i left the car park it toook about a god 10 min or so to get out, then we made our way onto the road to Ledbury, then onto the A417 to Gloucester. Still on the A417 to Cirencester + A419 to Swindon. M4 to M25 then A3 home.
Did anybody find another way home/

Do the Ledbury thing but get onto the M50 instead, then M5 then A417 - bit further but a lot quicker.
I did a scenic route home, A466 to Chepstow then M4 all the way

'twas a pleasure, Frakey! M50 M5 A417 A419 M4 M3 both ways for us - did us proud!
Journey home always a little easier when you can share thoughts on the ups and downs of the day.

Got a train going to Birmingham but changed at Worcester(?) for a slow-moving train to Paddington where we lost a few Sutton fans but gained a huge amount of very noisy Welling fans.
They were good value, though looking back now, trying to set fire to their sleeping friend's hat was possibly a joke too far with the benefit of sobriety. In the end they settled for draping Sutton colours all over him and taking plenty of photos.
Walked to Edgware Road; bus to Victoria; train to East Croydon; cab to a mate's house; tucked into some pizza and got a cab home at about 4am.

Was that the incredible sleeping man?
Me, Neil, Amber Aleman and Sal abandoned the Sutton/Welling booze train to meet up with some Worcester fans and have a few ales/eat/witness a man nearly getting killed in a bike crash (he managed to escape injury btw) before getting the later train back to Paddington then Bakerloo to Waterloo, Waterloo to Worcester Park and a 213 where i bumped into a fellow Welshman who'd been at the All Blacks game.
A long but enjoyable trip back.

It certainly was the ISM. How did you guess?

His performance in the Robin Hood the other year was spellbinding. I could hardly forget such quality sleeping

I've got some pics from the day. Including the ISM's appearance. They'll be on bookface at some point this week.

The guy's head was smouldering, yet he didn't miss a beat.
Come to think of it, I can't remember if they actually woke him up when the train pulled into Paddington.

We got him on the train home out of Charing Cross, where he promptly fell asleep again. No matter how dead to the world he appears to be, he always manages to get home without any problems. Let us know one way or other when the photos are up, as far as I know he doesn't have a clue they were taken.

They'll be on bookface at some point this week. I've send a friend request to a few of you who's names / pics I regonised - just put Sutton or Sutton fan in message so you know who it is (pic is of my little girl not a random child photo so don't think I'm some kind of weirdo!!!!)
