I'll give you the Tonbridge game but the BW game was mostly about U's trying to break down a resolute defence & then getting done on the break.
Prob is Billy, other than the H&R match, you've been extremely negative on here. Currently, we're playing better away from home - as you witnessed at Hampton.

I only call it as i see it,it's honest opinion.I'm trying hard to support my local team. You can talk tactics and systems until the cows come home. The bottom line is if you camp in your own half and play one up front you will struggle to get goals.
Football supporters are so gullible it's untrue. Some have even been brainwashed into repeating the mantra..................
4 - 5 - 1 can be an attacking formation...............................stop it.

Well we need to do better at home for sure and that starts on Saturday. I think we'll all agree with that. Yes the FA Cup is great for the club and much needed revenue but we need to make a move in the league. I'm fully supportive of the manager and I think the squad has actually been very settled this year when you look at the amount of games people are playing. Yes we may have played well away from home but this club needs to be producing good performances at home in order to progress and start getting people back through the gate. A little entertainment is a great starting point for attracting more fans in to watch and generally leads to success. I know this may sound a little bit harsh on the team, which has at times showed signs of progress but if we are to target improving and becoming more successful then we need to be. I don't think my expectations are unrealistic, others may. I do think we'll end up in the play offs.

Is it true Saturday is Hawaiian fancy dress day? Really? Do they wear waterproof jackets, hats and wellies in Hawaii?

OS we are not Arsenal, so keep on saying they make 4-5-1 works doesn't really help us. They haven't won anything in ages I think playing 4-5-1 at home in this division is not a good idea and would prefer if we showed more attacking intent and went back to 4-4-2. I would really like us to bring in a proven goal scorer therefore we could use Jerson or Billy off the bench.

You leave my Arsenal alone Anyway yes I agree with you, that is what I have been saying but my argument with Billy is about the system itself hence my reference to the mighty Gooners ;D

Billy is a Cockney Red, so he is bound to prefer more attacking, exciting, total football than some half-baked Gooners and Rentboys!

Why's my karma -5 when Billy's -4 and Vern's -3?

A fairly reliable source infoms me that over 600 kids are confirmed for the fun day tomorrow, hope it's not a damp squib!

The rain's easing off. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. I'm hoping to bring a couple of Arsenal-supporting beer monsters along to our game. If it's called off, we'll just have to console ourselves with a pub crawl of the borough.

The worst of the rain looks like it has passed through Sutton. Lots of rain overnight though and it may be too late. May be worth giving it a couple of hours but guess depends how it currently looks.
