On the plus side I think the results of the matches that were played all went our way? Had we played and won we would now be 4th, but the terrible conditions would have made that scenario more of a lottery (hopefully) than when we DO play them.

I went to Crawley v Mansfield. Couldn't believe the pitch was in such good condition, as though the bad weather had missed Crawley altogether. Average game, Mansfield miles better, Ed Hutchinson on the bench for the home side. The Crawley fans were singing for Steve Evans head at the end of the game. I can't feel sorry for him! Crawley also have an assistant or coach who is just as mouthy and equally unpleasant, which I didn't think was possible. On Sunday I went up to Stourbridge to see Causeway v Newcastle Town in the FA Vase. When I went through the turnstile the guy asked me if I was a pensioner!!!! Of course I said yes to save a couple of quid.

No segregation and as much booze as you wanted provided you brought it with you. Mnd you at 11am in the rain hot soup was more appropriate.
