Just goes to show what a shambles AFC Hornchurch is eh ?
This was on their website on Friday : -
Friday 4th December Purchase a Stake in AFC Hornchurch! A meeting will be held in the Clubhouse on Thursday 10th December to discuss plans for the sale of shares in AFC Hornchurch Football Club. This is a very important meeting, chaired by Colin McBride, and any supporter who would like to own a slice of the Club is invited to attend. This initiative is a very positive step in moving the Club forward and safeguarding its future. The meeting will start at 7pm.

Seems they can't count either !!!!!
The East Side reacted in near hysteria, whilst the five visiting supporters stood in complete amazement

They can keep the 3 points - I don't want to go back to that dump again.

You would have to be completely insane to buy shares in Hornchurch Football Club (2005) Ltd:
No accounts filed since May 2008, which showed them 80k in the red with no assets and they have continued spending so estimate is @150k.
No declaration of board members since Jan 09 when there was only one, a certain Jennifer Williams everyone else has long since resigned, companies house say: Next Return Due: 25/05/2009 OVERDUE
Companies house are so fed up with them they have issued a 'Proposal to Strike off' which means being dissolved.
Colin Mcbride is the only person who actually knows what is going there and to his credit has been working to try and secure the clubs future which I think is a thankless task. The timing of the share meeting would seem interesting?? Apparently they would like to raise 40-50k so I hope those kids get good pocket money.
Hx are doomed AGAIN!

Now I remember who the loud mouthed Essex boy was on the line, in the second half, with Jimmy McFarlane last Saturday. He politely told me "bo**ox" when I told him to get in his box, aka a green matting at Hx. That was good old Colin McBride himself. Due to problems with my back I have to sit in the stands at away matches now and am usually Billy No Mates. Last Saturday was no exception and I got really pi**ed off with those two to**ers all game. Every throw in was theirs, they committed no fouls and all Sutton players should have been sent off and they were constantly telling the nearest Hx player to the referee to get him to "ave a word" with anyone in a yellow shirt. The poor lino on my side only had me as a mate!! All round me thought this was great fun but I am pleased to say I gave as good as I got from them. They were also wondering if they were going to this meeting. Poor misguided souls. The sooner they slip into oblivion the better. As I said to Frakey in the gents afterwards at least we only go there once a season, their fans have it all season long. Also I got really fed up with their "bubbly" announcer telling everyone to come back on Tuesday for the K's game - he must have said it TEN bl**dy times. As we now know cold water prevailed. Are there no emergency electricians in Essex or have they no money to pay to fix said heating?

The best possible result is they go bust, get chucked out of the League and never exist again in any form. And of course all their results so far this Season become null and void! What a Christmas present that would be. ;D

So we'd lose a 4-1 victory we had earlier in the season Wellie? And Dartford would be 3 points further away....
