Well that was a painfully clunky read! Lots of loosely covered up digs at various people too. Also, 141 replica shirts sold, last home attendance 194 I look forward to a sea of red tomorrow!

And this: "we now have one of the most impressive grounds in non-league football." They must have done some work then because it was a sh*t hole 12 months ago, Oxford Utd eat your heart out

I'm sure we can post up at least twenty 'more impressive' grounds in non-league football than the beer garden.

The fact that he felt he had to publish such a statement, says alot to me. I wonder how the Robins' fans will react?

"the first signs of an increasing fan-base"
Any evidence of this?
He's also saying that Bird was over-budget, yet Vines has the same budget. How could HB have over-spent if Dipre is holding the purse-strings?
Poor spelling (program) and grammar (lack of apostrophes) plus an appallingly childish set of digs at CAFC fans - this is not a very professional effort!

the Carshalton Athletic fan base are the heart of the club, but the numbers have been reducing year on year since people can remember. This is the very first season in many where that trend has been reversed.

How many people has he banned from the ground for getting lippy? It would be kind of funny if it was 4 ;D Although Fans can take comfort in the fact that the board will take whatever steps are necessary to prevent them from harming the club, its reputation or match-day environment makes it sound like that number might increase!!

What is "matchday environment"?
Is that the ground when they're at home?

What a load of old cock. Said it before & I'll say it again. Poor mans Graham Westley.
Still, to be fair to Westley, at least he has a vague grasp of football......
