Its a bit of a rugby area i'm afraid,the same as Dorking.The potential is there if they had a decent stadium and team but people just don't want to go around the back of the spectrum.

I guess if they had a little home of their own & clubhouse, they might attract a few more.
Don't s'pose the place not having a club for a long time after the original went under didn't help either. Whole generation of fans lost there.

I met up with my nephew and a couple of his mates at the game. They live in Milford, a few miles from Guildford up the A3, and none of them even knew Guildford had a football team before this fixture. Says something I think.
They're Sutton fans now though!

I go there (Guildford) for one week every year to watch Surrey play.How did Stuart Young play ? The only time i saw him i was impressed.
