alright, fulham fan here and we signed payne from you in september (and he joined us in jan as you know). as you know we just sold smalling to united for 12 million which just goes to show that there is alot of young talent in the lower leagues. now, stefan payne is what, 17? and he's scored 10 goals in the first half of this season I think, which looks really impressive. but I haven't seen him - what do you think of him, reckon he can make is as a premier league player? thanks in advance, Lork. ----- www.friendsoffulham.com |

He certainly has a lot of helpful attributes, good shot taker, places himself well, good pace and a good mentality. I would say that he has PL potential, it just depends on how well he learns, as he was still somewhat of a rough diamond when we had him.

Very quick, has good feet and likes nipping the ball off the defenders toe, knows how to finish for one so young. Has bags of potential and somewhat of a natural finisher the kind of player if he is through you know where the ball is going to be next which is not your normal 17yr old well at our level anyway.

alright thanks, sounds good then for the future and with our youth coaches i'm sure he'll make his mark professionally at least. it's always so strange how these players slip through the professional academies, he was at croydon before sutton yeah?
