Tomorrow is my birthday and although Boreham Wood isn't the most inspiring of places for pubbing, I'd like to have a few drinkies on the way ;D If anyone wants to join me, I'll be in the Wetherspoons on the high street between the station and the ground from about 5:45/6ish. Please pop in if you can! The weather looks to stay OK, but in the event that the game's called off, I'll be doing the same thing in the Robin Hood See you on the morrow.

Anyone done research about getting home afterwards? No problem getting there but the last direct train is the 21.43 The 22.13 stops at St Pancras. How far is it to walk to the underground and then from Vic underground to the Victoria platform? I am thinking of getting the train to Hackbridge to collect my car and then drive home to Wallington. Or I coud be radical and drive all the way but I travel free on the train

Sal: I hope to join you in the Hart & Spool, though it may not be until about 7.00.
Filbert: the redesigned St Pancras station is a wonder to behold, but the walk from the First Capital Connect platforms to the Victoria Line is long. I'd estimate that it takes me 6 minutes, and I walk fast! The walk at the Victoria station end is not as long, but I'd still allow 5 minutes if you're not too quick on your feet.

I can't offer a lift there but I can offer two spaces for the return (three including Frakey) - send me a DM on here or email honsec@suttonunited.net
edit - one space left now

I'm aiming to leave N Cheam around 5.30pm if I can be of assistance. Should have a couple of spare seats there and/or back.

filbert, it is suggested we go via the m25 to junction 19.
The AA say it is 54 miles and should take 1hour 25 mins. That is assuming there are no holdups!
