There is no reason to doubt Dos we clearly have a good enough side to get out of the RP but its about turning up and doing it week in week out between now and the end of the season. We have not given a goal away from a set piece since we lost to Ashford and that for me has been the key to our consistency.
6 wins from our remaining 14 games would give us 65pts which should see a PO finish but with a few bum squeaks. 7 wins definitely clinches a spot and 8 gives us 71pts and probably runners up spot. With 2 home games coming up back to back wins would mean we only need 6 wins from 12 games, so what a opportunity we have :-)

You need to bear in mind that our away form is better than our home form - our own pitch is killing us at the moment, and is probably our biggest obstacle to making the play offs. Dos knows its rubbish, and is focussing team selection more on the state of the pitch than the opposition.
If we can manage back ot back wins over Maidstone, and especially Horsham, we will be in a much stronger position than this time last year, where we started losing form and were scraping draws.

Really don't like it when the manager says things like "cert for the play-offs". It's just a recipe for complacency setting in. I'd much rather he said "if we keep playing like we are, we'll have a really good chance of making the play-offs". Hopefully that is what he is saying in the dressing room.

Ach, you know Dos. He likes a bit of controversy and a good-natured stir-up. I'll bet what he says to the players is VERY different.

True, but I just hope that like me, the football gods don't get the Sutton Guardian delivered any more!

Our strength is our large squad. If we can keep them free from injury and needless suspensions will be in a great position to get that play-off place. BW were very depleted on Tuesday. They won’t be the only ones suffering, during a very busy end of season run in.

Just for clarity on this, Paul is a bit unhappy with the article and has asked me to clarify the comment. The reporter said, "If you carry on with these results you must be a cert for the play-offs" to which Paul of course agreed.

The amount of times Dos has been mis-quoted or had his words twisted I'm surprised he still bothers to give interviews to 'em!

r we sure this isn't just dossie not liking how his words look in print? sounds like summit he'd say. he also sez if we'd started better we'd maybe even catch dartford which seems to back up his first comment...

It could all fall apart though, what with a long list of matches and the guys having to play Sat/Tue/Sat/Tue
