From the offictial site:
Former United strker Mark Watson has rejoined Sutton until the end of the season, to alleviate the team's current injury crisis. With only one other striker fit to play, Watson goes straight into the squad for tonight's Surrey Senior Cup tie at Croydon Athletic.
Mark Watson said, "I'm not as fast as I used to be, but put me through with only the keeper to beat, and plenty of time to shoot, and I guarantee I'll stick the ball in the net".
Manager Paul Doswell plans to pair Watson with Steve Watts - combined age 70 - at Croydon. He said: "I want us to have some fun tonight. Mark and Steve have similar-sounding surnames, so if a player calls out 'your ball, Wattsy' or 'over here, Watso' the other one may respond - with hilarious results".
He added: "It's what this day of the year is all about".

You know what, I kind of want this to NOT be an April Fool's joke.

Very, very subtle...I love it! "It's what this day of the year is all about". Not so subtle!

A better one would have been to say you had re-signed Eddie Akuamoah in time for the game last Saturday, then post it on the K's board. That would have had the double pleasure for you guys of a good April's Fool and the chance to wind up your second closest neighbours - how my fellow red and whites would have bitten, methinks!

Behave yourself Taz, cheeky monkey. I obviously meant 'second' in the Ryman Prem and 'closest neighbours' as you are, I believe one place behind us in third. What else could you possibly have thought I meant?
Touché!
