I was thinking the other day about my favourite goals from this season and here's what I've come up with (And yes I do realise they were all scored away from GGL). In no particular order: Matt Hann @ Hampton - a delicate chip to finish in the FA Cup Charlie Taylor @ Bognor - an amazing volley from the edge of the box Steve Perkins @ Margate (League game) - an important equalising strike Steve Watts @ Ashford - left the 'keeper helpless on the floor James Norwood @ Dartford - a great strike from a tight angle Sam Gargan @ Hastings - a crafty near post back heel (So crafty I didn't catch it on camera). Anyone else got a favourite strike, resulting in a goal for Sutton, from the past 9 months? Photographic evidence not required.

Nice one Paul. When Charlie hit that goal at Bognor I thought what a striker, but..................

Danny Phillips goal v. Canvey at home was a cracker. Enjoyed Cobbsy's header @ Tonbridge. Sam's turn & shot against Hampton in the cup. Pouts free kick agsint Wealdstone wasn't a bit hit either. Charlie's 2nd v. Bobbins was a good one for pass, touch & finish.
Would have to go for Charlie's effort at Bognor as GotS though. Super strike.

From memory his winner was with a foot. GOTS has to be CT's away at Bognor.

Gargan scored earlier in the Tonbridge game to make it level: Then Cobbs won it late on with this header:

Cobbsy really has scored some superb goals this season.
If he can improve on his tally of five league goals next season (and judging by the late season burst of goals he can) it'll be a great bonus.

I think Paul Shave's own goal against Hornchurch deserves a special mention. ;D I also liked Stefan's solo effort at Wealdstone (as a result of which Amber the aardvark ended up on the roof ). But I have to agree - it's hard to think of a better goal than Charlie T's effort at Bognor.

I'm hoping that Paul L has got some good shots of tonight's goals - Joycey came on as a sub in the second half and scored a cracking hat-trick!
SUFC Legends 5 Celebs 2 - some updates and twitpics on our twitter thing in the meantime.

Got the celeb's 1st, Joycey's 1st, half of his third and Nko's header. Unfortunately I was moving around a bit so wasn't always in the best position to get the goals. Pics should be sorted on Saturday. And seeing as AA mentioned it, here's Paul Shave's og:
