Tsk, hidden away on some generic twitter thread! I thought you said you weren't going to prompt people about that anymore?

I wasn't, but then the sticky got removed, it's a tactical 'bump'!

The trouble between the clubs is to do with improper screening of satellite tv!Legal proceedings are taking place and its obvious Maidstone are in the sh*t if the dispute is not resolved asap.

The other issue is that the Ryman Lge don't allow clubs to groundshare with a club not in the RL itself, I believe. Horsham had a problem last season until YMCA retained their status through league restructuring.
Maidstone could be in a right mess unless it's back to that beautiful facility in Sittingbourne!

Its balanced up the league now with Chatham town moving from the north to the south.

Ashford have today gone in to administration and resigned from the Ryman League. What do Maidstone do now.

The other issue is that the Ryman Lge don't allow clubs to groundshare with a club not in the RL itself, I believe. Which is why Cray groundshare with Bromley (Blue Square South), and we share with Wembley (Combined Counties)........ The Horsham situation arose because the Sussex County League don't (or at least didn't) allow groundshares.

No footy for them at all this season. They're hoping to play in the Kent league next time around.
