Just a quick note of caution, people mentined that it was a mainly Brentford 1st team on the previous thread, and Bee answered with that in fact it was not and only Charlie Ide and one other would probably figure for Brentford, well Brentford played a Chelsea X1 yesterday and only 2 players who played against us were in there squad last night, that was Ide and Tillen,so I think Bee might have been correct, just a note of caution thats all.

Expect to see (if all goes according to plan and Hon Sec pulls his finger out ) two new loan players on show tonight for the U's, both from a Coca Cola League club.

Are these loanees or trials ahead of a loan?
Anyone care to guess which positions the two may fit in?

Sorry, my proof-reader is on holiday... I'd have said centre-half and Joff style striker.

Do Joff style strikers exist nowadays?
I can only think of useless big lumps like Danny Dichio rather than useful big lumps who actually score goals.

Wasn't Richard Harris supposedly a Joff style striker?
