It's Dos being his own harshest critic. If he can't achieved his goal in 3 years he will consider he has failed. One potential new signing has been identified and is being followed up through proper channels.

It's Dos being his own harshest critic. And the local paper looking for a headline! Let's hope the new signing comes to fruition before the Harrow game.

It does seem like tacky headline grabbing as per usual. One of the many things I admire about Dos is his honesty, his views after the 'game' on Saturday reflect this. It also shows how much promotion means to him and for this club.
Sad to see Jerson go as mentioned above he came in originally with alot of potential, but if you're going to be serious about promotion you need to have players you can work with.

I think Dos is spot on - if he can't get Sutton promoted this season, then in his own mind, he probably won't be able to and will step aside. I also get the impression after working so hard in pre season with the players he had, to be let down by some of them in such a way in the FA cup game really hurt, possibly more than the result itself. Hence some changes needed to be made. But unless something drastic happens Dos isn't the type to just walk, he's very much one of "I ain't going till the job is done".
I have to agree about BWG - just think about last year when he spent most of the season on loan elsewhere and trying to establish himself in the team. Even at the start of the season he probably wasn't an automatic starting choice, but he's worked hard, and has the right attitude.
I'd like to think that we've already seen the worst thing to happen this season. It could possibly be the case.

I saw BWG's attitude in the SSC against the Launderers - he was a superb morale-boosting team player.

Didn't he throw a tantrum when he was substituted the other week ? Went and sat on the ground up by the corner flag as i remember. He's done well since though.
