How do you think the team will re-act to the Alton disaster? Any news on the injury list and who could be fit for tonight. Personally I think we'll scrape through 1-0 with Jolly getting the winner in front of 502 mostly happy people.

Hopefully the players know they need to put in a big performance after Alton - my only concern is that we seem to start slow after a break of games, as soon as the whisltle starts we need to get at them, results have been good over the weekend for us and we need to continue putting our mark down, God knows on the injuries which is a worry, Hopefully we will have a preview of the game with some team news shortly, Im thinking a scrappy 1 nil or a draw to be honest

I can live with 1-0, but I think we need to be moving beyond scrappy if we're genuine title contenders.

TBH, real title contenders win when not playing well. I'll take 3 points however it's obtained!

If we are to make good on the weekend's results, only a win will do! Harrow at home is a game you should be approaching with confidence if you are a side deserving of promotion (not the arrogance which cost us in the FA cup).
Harrow are not a bad side, but in the same vain are not considered promotion chasers either. A lot of players need to step up and prove themselves after the Alton game, and with a rested Saturday, this is the time to do it!
I expect Harrow to make it a competative game, but we really should be good enough for 3 points at home. If not, some questions might need to be asked.
C'mon lads, show us what you are truely made of tonight!

They've resigned DeWayne Clarke from Boring Wood, as the wood seemed to have hit the panic button and released most of the players they signed in the close season and are generally relying on the squad that got them promoted (unconvincinly it has to be said!).
Harrow should never be taken for granted, but as hopeful champions, we need to approach every home game to win. Which I'm sure we will!

It was 1-0 to us last season, with Charlie Taylor scoring in the first half.
Like us, Harrow have scored ten league goals this season (they do have Rocky Baptiste!) but they've let in twelve - only Tooting & Mitcham have conceded more. To their credit, they've played an open, attacking game on their recent visits to GGL - so we can expect a decent crop of chances. It's just up to our players to take more than they do!

News from our new signing "He" tells me that he hasn't been that impressed with any of the teams Carshalton have met so far this season.

Its simple we need a big performance tonight, it maybe early in the season but given its timing our position and matches coming up it could be one of those pivotal games.
If any side has serious intentions of winning any league they need to win their home games and have the ability to bounce straight back from the odd poor performance, tonight we shall see if our side has character as well as ability??

3pts tonight could be imortant. Bury & Lowestoft are both away and I think midweek travels might be a bit of a weakness for 'em. If they're going to slip up, it'll be tonight.
A win for us and we could be 3 clear with a game in hand over 3 main challengers.

I'd rather be three clear with a game in hand after 37 games, not 7. A long, long way to go....
