Ask by the SUST chairman last night... Is Craig Tanner the youngest to pull on the Sutton United captains' armband?

Captains over the years have included Les Austin, Don Stoker, Dave Hermitage, Ted Powell, Rod Brookes, Larry Pritchard, John Rains, Tony Rains, Nigel Golley, Dave Harlow, Chris Boothe (yikes), Scott Corbett, Ryan P & Scarbs.
CT is alot younger than that lot, so I would say yes.

Cheers Ed, I forgot I was going to ask the question on here today. The question came about because I was watching th Exeter game on Setanta the other night and their current captain has only played 6 senior games having been in their youth team last season!!
I think CT is just 21...Matt Gray is 23 now, so he'd have been 22 when he was skipper

You sure Gareth? Last season Patsy didn't miss a game, and I think he was captain for all of those. The season before it was mainly fearo, but I think Matt did a few games there. So he could have been 21 at the time.
