I thought Dos' agreement ran until the end of the next season? As he had initially came here for 2 years, and during the 2nd year agreed to another 2. But I could of been dreaming......

He did sort of answer that question on the Non-League show, suggesting that he was happier with the travelling in the BSS and he did not take a salary so he is hardly likely to be suduced by money to go? Also our club will never keep anyone who does not want to stay or stand in their way should they get an offer they could not refuse? My guess is Dos is here for as long as he wants to be, and it sounds like he wants to be here next season

If I recall correctly, Dos said something along the lines "I'll stay as long as I'm happy but I'll also stay as long as I'm wanted" at the last Q&A.
One unique thing about Dos compared to other managers is that this isn't a career for him - he doesn't need to do this to provide for his family. He's doing it as long as he is enjoying it. I think it just got too much at Eastleigh and hence he stepped down.
