Possibly one of the most frustrating games this season. 2-1 flattered Fisher. We squandered chance after chance in front of goal, but to their credit Fisher came out more positivly in the second half, and it would have been 3-1 if Phil hadn't pulled off a wondersave, to party make up for the mistake he made for the first goal. Fisher didn't have a especially organised defence but we, again, failed to exploit it. Ref had a poor second half, but that shouldn't detract from the fact that we contrived to lose this game, rather than Fisher winning the game. No one had an espeically bad game in my opinion, but we should have finished this shower off in the first 20mins. We have, and will, beat much better teams than this.

Note for Rob : Jason played the full 90mins and his confidence is improving with every game.

I thought the ref had a good game.Some of our players seemed to be going through the motions.We still should have won with the chances we had.This was Jason's best game and although Blackwell played OK he was slightly at fault for the second goal and got turned far too easily at times.He needs more first team games.I was surprised that Warren was subbed and after that we showed very little.

I wasn't. Warren wasn't getting into enough chances by the second half and was tiring quite rapidly. IH more than likely decided to try a different approach and put Harris on instead. If Warren was playing as a lone striker I would have been concerned, but it seemed we were playing a 4-3-3 formation.

Hugely disappointing result, especially after our energetic start and a very early goal. We had plenty of pressure - with Warren, Ross and Jason forming a three-pronged attack - but couldn't quite get the right ball into the box for them to latch onto.

Before this match I thought Fisher were the one top ten side that we had a decent chance of overtaking. But we look to have blown that, and had already slipped to 12th after Saturday's defeat. With some tough fixtures coming up, I think we may now struggle to finish higher than last season's 13th.

Very disappointing result. I agree with most of the above, jason gets better and better, but about time he hit the net. RH was disappointing when he came on, not the best change that could have been made. Question why is someone of his build so easily knocked of the ball? JH is half his size but seems a lot stronger!!
