Not surprisingly, it only needed a very brief pitch inspection to confirm that tonight's match is postponed because of a heavy covering of snow.
Saturday's game against Truro City has been re-arranged for Tuesday 12th March.

The match v Weston Super Mare will now be played on Tuesday 26th March.

With rain expected this weekend would it be wise to clear the pitch of the snow? Thawing snow and rain would mean the Tuesday game would be very doubtful .

Heavy rain forecast for the w/e tonight. If so, waterlogged pitch. I think we could be in for an 85/6 style finish when the U's played Monday, Tues, Thurs (or was it Wed, Thurs) in their successful tilt for the IL title.

Just seen photos of GGL pitch. When that lot melts it will be very, very wet. Need some dry weather to be sure of getting the Eastleigh game on for sure.
