If these names stir your memories then you won't want to miss Saturday 20th April when we welcome back the heroes from our 1963 Amateur Cup Final team for a 50th anniversary reunion party. Tickets cost just £5 each and include a buffet and music. As a highlight of the evening we will be showing footage from the game, which of course went down in history for the four-goal performance of the Dons' Eddie Reynolds, all scored with his head.

Tickets will go sale on Tuesday and can be purchased from Dave Farebrother and will also be available from behind the bar.

I was at the 1969 Final. I think these three were the only survivors

Only Roffey and Bladon played in both finals, Gamblin had left for Wycombe by then. Pritchard played in 69 and also the 81 Trophy Final.

Thanks a lot Dave.I've got the programme here somewhere. Kenny Grose and Micky Mellows (and Dave Hutchins) were near neighbours of mine.

Ken used to play football with us on the green in Love Lane along with Alec Waldon , Keith's older brother.

I remember Brian Joicey as well , sadly.............
