I dont think it was embarrassing at all. For reasons that I completely understand and sympathise with, there was no way AFC were going to send first team players when they have much bigger things to worry about.
The early stages of the match were literally men against boys but in a way you have to admire the AFC under 18's for keeping going to the end and not letting their heads drop.
I am sure we could have scored a few more if needed but I am also sure that the Wimbledon boys would have learnt something and we got a good run out with no real pressure.
I may well be in a minority but good luck to AFC for the rest of the season and I hope they keep their place in the league.
As for us, it was another opportunity for the reserves to mix in with the first team and we now have another cup final to look forward to.
Roll on May 7th!

If my calculations are correct we've now overtaken Woking as the team who have made more final appearances - 28 to their 27. If we win on May 7th, we will match Dulwich's record of 16 titles, and it's been 10 years since we last lifted the trophy!
