No surprises there - he's had plenty of opportunity to get it right and didn't, plus the fact there is the ever growing possibility that Chelmsford may not be as well off as they like to think they are. Players not being paid is an example of this.

Basingstoke doesn't surprise me either - rumour on the grapevine is that some of their key players were on wages 3 times more than most of our players, and with a club of that size, unsustainable.
