I'm sure Ernie will have his own ideas!
TBH we're not likely to win at Lewes, so EH may just use this game to watch the players in action and maybe try a few things out. We may learn more about his thinking in the home match against Braintree a week later (when two newly appointed managers will be pitted against each other).

Actually I don't see the opponents as the problem, if we could score Lewes would have been out of the cup. We gave Eastbourne a lesson in how to play the game I genuinely think we are a team that can beat no one or anyone. In fact a team that opens up against us would suit us better than a physical type side we maybe bottom but there is not a great deal wrong!

I agree. I think its more about motivation and belief. When that returns, someone will collect a spanking. Its long overdue and it could be anybody. I just hope I'm there!

The new tactics will be to score a few goals and to keep some clean sheets. Knowledge is the bomb.
I think I should be on Sky Sports. **** off Jamie. It's easy what you do.

I'd hope that he would go into any game hoping for a win with everyone trying their best. Getting a result at Lewes would make a huge impact on us and the players. Seeing it as some sort of practice game wouldn't help really.

To be totally honest, Lewes didn't exactly over-run us in the cup a couple of weeks ago, and you really couldn't see much of a difference between the two sides, especially in the 2nd half.
Bearing in mind many of the players will be out to impress the new gaffer as well who's been in the game long enough not to be easily impressed, something good could really happen!
