After the results on Saturday there will be little chance Sutton will take this game lightly. Concord lost narrowly to Basingstoke in their opening home league game. A draw away to Chelmsford and a win at Dover should see them in a confident mood for Mondays game. An undeserved win will do me, we can't afford to drops more point! We have to go for the win tomorrow. It was always important for us to get off to a better start than last season. But defeat would leave us with the same number of points (3) that we had at the same stage a year ago.
I see that Concord's Danny Spendlove - who had a habit of playing well against us when he was at Wealdstone - scored their goal at Dover yesterday but limped off near the end.

I've offered to film this game with FITB but I think Concord have got their own people doing and and I'm likely to be turned down due to lack of insurance/license. I'll still be down there supporting the team though! Oh and Concord claim there are no real problems with travel except the A127 is still shut at Rayleigh Weir, but this should be sorted by tomorrow

No idea on bustimes, but according the nice people that update the Concord Rangers twitter page the best buses to catch are the 21, 22 or 27 from Benfleet station. I'm rather looking forward to tomorrow's game, it'll be my first since the SSC final, although Canvey is a long way from South Wales.... |

Travel information for Concord here - www.suttonunited.net/fans_awaytravel.htmlThere's a 27 bus due from outside Benfleet station (Stop C) at 14.08, which looks like a good one to go for. That should get you to the ground for about 25 minutes before kick-off. |
