Just for the one game however - will be available for selection on Tuesday against Dover.
Alan Inns will be serving his last of his 3 game suspension. This was for the first 3 games of the season.

Well, he has already scored for U's, so hopefully there is more to come. Sure he wouldn't like being reminded of that though. Well thought of at Dorchester I believe.

Possible move to right back for Downer Tues? I'd be very surprised if Dos breaks up the Downer/Stuart centre back partnership

Where would I play him? I don't know, I'm not the manager and I know very little about him bar that he scored for us previously by mistake. My comment was based on the fact that Dos has made it clear over the last year that his preferred choice for centre back pairing was Downer and Stuart, and as recently as last week Stuart said "I have had a few partners in central defence so far this season but for the past two games it has been Simon [Downer] and me, and we’re both delighted with the clean sheets."
Hence I would be surprised if that pairing was broken up.
I've already said this season that I've been very unconvinced about our current right back, so I wouldn't be against Downer playing there as he's such a solid performer.

I expect Downer to play right back if Clough partners Stuart. At least for a short time.

The Dorch fans tipped us off last Saturday that this move was on the cards.
Clough is a quality player at our level. He may have scored an og for us at the Avenue last season, but in the fixture at GGL, when Dorch were defending a lead, he was a real rock in their back line.
