I think it will be a really tough game for us.
Did enjoy the "Abide with me."

Top of the league, good win against Dulwich Hamlet last round. Not a bad ground with good covered terracing behind both goals.
Will be a hard match.

A tough draw as Hemel are going great guns at the moment. We will have to be at our best that's for sure

tough game no question but we just need to be at it from the start . They will have a big crowd in for that as its a really big day for them and should be a superb atmosphere. we will need to take our chances when they drop as clearly they are a form team and will be well and truly pumped. So should we though and our lads wont need reminding what's at stake on this one. doing it the hard way on the old away draws but its all ninety minutes of football. Bring it on

Seems the the one and only time we have met The Tudors was in the Amateur Cup in 1933 ( we won 4-1 away that day ), as has been previously said.........another tough tie !

We would certainly have earned our place in the 1st round if we can get through this one. 3 tough away draws in a row. I would take a replay now if offered given their home record. However we know we are also at the right end of the Conference South and have a good group of players. If we are at our best we can beat anyone at our level and below. They will certainly not be used to playing sides as good as ours so will stay positive. Look forward to this. Should be able to take a couple of extras to this one given locality as well.

Should be a very tough game, but I reckon its one we should still be winning

Should be a good game! Hemel will pose more threat than Lewes, but they did lose at home to Gosport in last season's SL play-off final - so there may be some calibration to make after our match on Wednesday.
We've already made £7.5k from this Cup run, so there shouldn't be any great pressure on the team. But we've made the first round proper in three of Dos's five seasons at Sutton, winning away each time in the final qualifying game (Aylesbury Utd, Hampton & Richmond, Leatherhead) - so a precedent has been set!

"We've already made £7.5k from this Cup run" Err, what about the win at Whitehawk ?

Also a half decent share of gate receipts Sat. This game should comfortably be another 4 figure effort. No Watford or Luton home game. We'll take a fair amount.

From the posts on the hemel forum they seem to think this is a straightforward home draw against unglamorous and unfancied opponents who play in brown. Good
