Dont wanna be the bearer of bad news but the weather forecast is looking HORRIFIC for the next few days, with Friday night looking particularly wet. Would be really unfortunate financially speaking to lose Eastleigh at home on Sat and I fear a mini fixture pile up is brewing. Good luck to the groundstaff getting the game on but if the met office is right (and it often isnt) I cant see the pitch having time to recover from the predicted deluge Fri night. Really hope Im wrong on this one!

That Met Office forecast covers the whole of southern England, so it's fairly general. The more localised forecast on BBC suggests the Sutton area will have showers the next two days and heavier rain Friday night, but no severe warnings, then dry Saturday morning.
The pitch was in superb nick on Tuesday so the weather would need to turn really nasty to affect us.
