On our official site states that JT is on a months loan to Eastbourne Borough FC for family reasons.
Looking at their forum that are delighted that he has returned "home" having played there a few season ago.
Lets hope he can regain his goal scoring touch and return to us hopefully in January.

.....it would appear that Jamie Taylor scored two goals today for Eastbourne as they beat WSM 2 -0 Not sure what to make of that, but well done Jamie T.

I don't understand this move at all, it must be unprecedented to loan a player to a team in the same league just a position or so apart???
Very strange decision for me, I mean if he needs to be in that area fine but there are many other sides down there not directly competing against us?

Eastbourne have some easy matches in the coming weeks, he could be their leading scorer by the end of the year!

You forget Jolly to Wealdstone - if he does damage to teams around us (which are many) then it's a win-win all round!

.....interesting interview by JT on BBC Radio Sussex Sport. (via their forum)
BTW when Jolly went to Wealdstone they were in no way promotion contenders, Eastbourne certainly are and are above us in the league. I respect PD judgement in this matter.

Presumably there aren't many clubs that way that can afford a decent slice of his wages.
