Tommy Warrilow’s plans to freshen up his squad are starting to take shape with Luke Blewden and Nathaniel Pinney going out on loan this week and Sutton striker Gavin McCallum joining Tonbridge Angels for a month. The Canadian forward was only released by Woking this month and has moved to Longmead on loan to get some games. Read more here

He needs to get match fit so it makes sense he gets games elsewhere. He also comes of the wage bill.

He needs to play more, I don't think he is good enough to get in the current team.
I would be surprised if he was on a contract so he could stay with Tonbridge if he chose.

As Stewart has pointed out above, Gavin isn't 'match fit', he's hardly had any football this season ( 4 starts and 2 sub appearances ), and needs to 'sharpen up' so that he hopefully gets back in the same mould he was when he played for us last, getting more opportunities to start a game at Tonbridge will certainly help with that, rather than starting on the bench with us surely !
