I was browsing through the British Heart Foundation's quarterly magazine earlier when the following caught me eye in a brief piece on defibrilators at football clubs.
Sutton United FC is the latest club to install a defibrilator, giving players, staff and fans access to equipment that could save lives, not only on the pitch but in their local community. The club was also given information about hands-on CPR, which was made famous for the BHF by football legend Vinnie Jones.
Excellent news, and congrats to whoever at the club was responsible.

Bobby Childs (physio) Catherine Chambers (therapist) Geoff Moxey (physio) Clive Soper (reserve team secretary) Me (!) Steve Prince (Bar Steward)

Can we choose who we have to revive us? In the interests of equity, that would surely have to work both ways?

Can we have a map of the ground detailing where they all stand so that we know which way to run if we're in trouble? (Apart from Steve - we all know exactly where he is)

Bobby, Cat and Mox will be in the dugout. Millsy will be watching the game around the ground, as will Soper. And Steve will be behind the bar.
