Hope all is well at your end and sorry for the lack of communication due to circumstances beyond my control, I ask you to please read this email carefully and see documents attached and also keep confidential.
I am really sure these was tough times to all of you with all what was going on at the football club, now I tried to keep quiet as much as possible so I don't get dragged to a public low class spat with other parties that stole entry to club offices and its official website and start announcing lies and false statements to the public without any person with an official capacity at the football club authorising it or claiming responsibility for it and which unfortunately most of the public and fans believed it without not even a single piece of evidence backing it and resulted in much controversy and negative propaganda around the club which halted the efforts that were initially needed to be focused on running the football club and fixing its issues and which also resulted in scaring away a lot of interested organisations and important individuals from getting involved with salisbury city football club as initially planned. Throughout all these times I was cheated, insulted, abused and took hits from all sides but i tried to keep calm and not loose focus from the main task in hand which is saving the football club from disappearing, everything was going according to plan, with your help of course by first being patient and second agreeing to three payment plan which was a move only agreed and processed by me and coach Mikey only and whom I would like to thank for his efforts during those days to contact all of you and explain the situation even thou he was in his last days before his much waited and well deserved wedding, but unfortunatly some other people who claimed they cared about the club were not happy that all was going fine, that players were getting in direct contact and dealing with their new club owner so they felt their position is in danger and their personal agenda will not materialize and then came the biggest move that triggered the failed coup attempt after the club
announced the appointement of the new chairman and the addition of a new player from Bromley fc #official letter from Bromley attached below who happens to be a saudi prince, the days following those announcements were very important days in the history of the club and the city of salisbury as they were the subject of global media attention like never before and competed with the brazil world cup for international and national sports media space and coverage, something that normally every club or city in the world would dream of as it will bring much attention and interest and would form a good base for great revenues from sponsorship and advertising to the football club and more tourists and visitors to the city itself, that same week also carried a deadline that was very important for the existence of the salisbury city fc football club as it was threatened to be expelled by the football conference if some requirements were not met by a specific deadline date,and which of course included full payments to you the players and staff even thou you all agreed to accept the 3 portion payment plan,now again everything was going according to plan as the weekend before i have agreed to a loan to the club from a local business backed by the club fan XXXXX for 20.000 pounds to be repayed after 6 months and bearing a 10 per cent interest rate and we deposited the check in the bank which I attach a copy of those transactions, now that amount added to what was already available on the club bank account and to an amount coming to the club as a transfer fee i successfully negotiated couple days before with another club for one of the players was enough to pay all the players and stuff by deadline day on thursday 12 june but unfortunately on wednesday 11 june I was called in for a meeting at the club with what was claimed as interested investors and sponsors who wanted to get involved with the club but in reality it was a pre arranged plan to pressure me and force me to pass my shares to another party that its not even worth for me to mention its name and when i refused not only I was personally insulted and attacked which was,something that really didn't affect me much more than the phone call i received from the accountant the next morning informing me that they stopped the check that was meant to pay you guys in full and satisfy the conference requirement and save the club and I attach a copy of the stopped check here as well. unfortunately someone was not happy for you guys to be paid and club to be saved under my chairmanship so i dont get the hero status and start winning fans hearts and they decided to put their personal ego and agenda ahead of the club, the players and staff, community and the city as a whole.
But still even after that heartbreaking move, I didn't give up and tried to pull some last minute moves that fortunately worked to at least minimize the damage and instead of having us expelled like couple years ago, we were just relegated and given an extension of time which was still shorter than what we asked for but I guess the conference wanted it by the date where they will announce their fixture list for next season and also we felt that there is some unfairness from their side towards this football club, in general now even after that decision was made, I still gave the instructions for second portion of payments to be made to you guys even thou it was not a mandatory thing but i wanted to honor my word to all of you and felt that what happened was not your fault nor mine either.
Now to get to the point, I felt I needed first to put you on the picture and here is the situation now, club has a deadline to pay all of you by friday 4th july if that doesn't happen then club will be expelled from conference this time and even it will be difficult to join another league as its a bit too late which will prevent the people of salisbury city from weekend football, now efforts are ongoing around the clock to hopefully make the payment happen by deadline day but there is a chance that it might not work for various reasons including a logistic one and in this case we will face the reality of club expulsion, but after consulting with my advisors, we came up with an idea that might save the club but it all depends on you the players and staff, now I went thru the money still owed to you and most of it is under 1000 pounds except few players and coaches who are a bit higher than that, I also know that most of you had great time and memories at this club and much loved by the fans and built strong friendships and relationships within the community and also contributed to a lot of community and charity work over the past years and I will tell you a secret about one of the things that touched me personally and pushed me to not give up and fight to the end even though all my life and family has been negatively affected with the unfair heavy media and personal attack I was under, its a lady and big club fan named XXXXXX, I am sure most of you know or remember her as she led a charitable club calendar issue couple years ago that I am sure most of you are aware of the circumstances.
Now the only thing you can really do to save this club and as a thank you gesture for all the great days and memories is to forfeit the last portion of your payment plan and consider it as a donation to the club to help save it, and by doing that we can show proof to the conference that all of you were happy and satisfied and that you accepted that so the club can stay alive and compete in conference next season
Now althou that will waive your right for that payment which all the fans, supporters and people of salisbury city will thank you for and remember you for in the rest of their lives and the club existence it doesn't mean that if things get better over the next few months, we will forget. In fact, the club will remember your gesture and will reward you with gifts and presents with value equal or greater than your owed money and maybe as early as christmas time in addition the club will give you season tickets equivalent to the owed amount that you can give to family and friends if you desire.
Now if you accept this idea to help save the club and I am sure you all will as this club, its loyal fans and this city and your memories with it is sure worth a lot more the the few hundreds or even couple thousands pounds that you each owe, all you need to do is to reply to this email with your full name, contact number, amount owed and stating that you accept to forfeit and waive your owed money to the club and ask the conference not to expel
club out of the league.
Now, unlike the lies and rumors you have been hearing before without any evidence to back it, I attach copies of all documents mentioned in this email and i trust that all of you will treat it with confidentiality and care and you remember what we all agreed in first day we met is whatever happens in the house stays in the house wether is good or bad and I am very happy and proud with the profesionalism you all showed thru this crisis time by distancing yourselves from media and staying on neutral grounds.
Thanks for your time, attention and sacrifice and no matter what happens, people and money comes and goes but clubs, institutions, communities and cities must all come first and stay alive.
