Well unless they have improved in the last few weeks i think not.I saw them beat Redhill in the FA cup this season and quite frankly they were only slightly better than the Sussex league team.Yes they will raise their game and they have home advantage. We SHOULD still be far too strong for them.

Eh? With our current form, I'd be amazed if we get a result down there. They have home advantage (probably with a big crowd by the looks of it), the benefit of confidence from winning games (like top of the table clashes against sides like Tooting) and no doubt a relatively settled side. We on the other hand have ONE POINT in 10 league games and an FA Cup win over a quite poor Woodford side that took 2 attempts. Plus how many of the new recruits are cup tied? I'm fairly sure Dundas is for starters. Not quite sure where the assumption we'll be 'too strong' for them comes from TBH.

Delboy
You watched us play at Redhill, which was probably one of our worst performances of the season. We are playing lovely football at the moment and think you are in for a very hard game on saturday.
Check out the videos from our last couple of games and review your opinion again.
See you on Saturday and lets hope it is a good game and not a Redhill repeat, though that depends on how you come to play. Hopefully you will come to play football and not park the bus infront of the goal like a lot of teams do.

With our defence, even if we did park the team bus in front of the goal we'd probably leave the windows open and you'd score through them.

Oh dear oh dear, we rested 7 key players against Redhill matey. You really need a reality check i'm afraid. If Dover play as they have been then you will for sure be in a game and up against it. Played 8 won 8 in last 5 weeks and only lost once all season in the league and that game we battered Chatham at home for 90 mins. I think your manager has set himself up for a big fall with his comments about us. 7 of our starting line up have played conference or higher in the last year or so and thats what our aim is for in the next 3 or 4 years, so far so good. Just warning you ok as you seem a bit over confident delboy.

I think it refers to this www.yourlocalguardian.co.uk/sport/headlinesport/display.var.1845770.0.sutton_fightback_lights_up_survival_hopes.php which includes this scandalous remark by EH at the end ' Sutton face a tricky trip to Ryman League Division One South leaders Dover Athletic in the FA Trophy, but Howe is confident his side's new found fighting spirit will see them through. "If we can replicate what we did in the second half it should be fairly straight forward for us," he added. "The players know how they achieved the result at the weekend and that is the way it has got to be from here on in."' How very dare you Ernie

Delboy, you go from the negative to the ridiculous. Do you not remember our struggle with Woodford who are close to the bottom of the BGB West which is the same level in the pyramid that Dover play at & they are top?
I find it naieve (spelling!!), crass & completely illogical that based on one viewing you can right off our opponents on Saturday.
Queue a huge torrent of emails on Sat from Dover fans ridiculing you should we lose & you will bloody derserve them.
And I reckon (maybe I've been a bit slow on my part) who you are now & you should know better.
