A little bit strange that Newport have drawn Bath again....having already played them twice in the league, once in the FA Cup and once in the Setanta Shield already this season!!
Grays v Lewes is another repeat of the FA Cup draw earlier this year

Had the Tanners got through they'd have had Torquay which would be a repeat of last seasons FA Cup 1st round. Don't think Torquay fans would've forseen that!

Good to get a home tie. Though FGR seem to be doing quite well for themselves at the moment with their FA Cup performances.
Ah well. Better than Torquay away.

Yeah, FGR appear to be established as a fairly good to upper Premier side. If we do get through it'll certainly be a tough game for the lads.

Let's beat Dover and hope that FGR beat Swindon on Sat and that when we play them they rest Mr Fleetwood. He only has 23 goals so far this season, just the 10 more than we've scored in the league!!

Interesting that so far we've been drawn out of the Trophy hat with two of the sides we played (and beat!) in our run to the semi-final in 2000.
FGR did beat us 4-0 at their place four seasons later.

Can we beat Dover first, please. Agree, i'm only going to be concentrating on Tonight's game, opponents for the next round aren't important untill then.

As you said on the ConfSouth forum: Trophy Draw Sutton Sal Mon 26-Nov-2007 19:19:07 authenticated user: SUTTON SAL (id=7688) [ views 282 ] [ Message 125542, follow-up to 125525 ] Forest Green? I can live with that, so long as we get past Dover. Funny how we're getting the sides we played last time we had a decent Trophy run... we had Dover then as well. And we got relegat....argh!!!
