Alan Julian and Tom Lovelock have joined Bromley and Chelmsford City on permanent deals.
Dos said: “We have Aaron [Howe] as our first choise keeper. It does leave us short if he gets injured, but we do have provision in place. “The reality is, we cannot afford a permanent second keeper.”
Meanwhile, Jamie White and Dale Binns both trained this week...
Dundo unlikely to face Havant (hammy)

Shame to lose Tom, I'm sure he will develop into a great keeper. Alan never really had the chance to impress really, injured in pre season never seamed to be fully fit. Good luck to both of them. Good news about Binnsy and Jamie.

If there's one position you want to be constant over the course of the season it's the keeper. If lady luck shined a little better I would have thought that Alan would have been first choice with Tom being his understudy (and going out on loan for part of the season). It didn't happen that way, so Dos reassessed his options. It was only a season ago where there was a similar thing happening, and Dos brought in Jason Brown, who arguably was the main reason for our upturn in fortunes. You need a keeper who is going to be consistent, and Dos feels that person is Aaron Howe. Like BH said, good luck to them both.
And good to see Dundo has signed for another season. Another message board myth put to bed.

Really disappointed to lose Tom. He kept his head down through loan moves and being benched (or appeared to) and never let us down. Wish him all the best.

Shame About Tom. Never really rated Julians kicking but good shot stopper. I wish them both well

Best wishes to Tom and Alan and many thanks for your efforts. I'm certain Tom will do well at Chelmsford. Great to hear that super Dundo is here for at least another season.

Pity that Tom isn't staying but i'm sure he is ambitious & realises that it might be difficult to dislodge Howe.As for Julian,he didn't really impress for one reason or the other but good luck to both of them.Great news about Dundo & lets hope he gets his full fitness back soon. Tim .You musn't use the word troll. It upsets some !

Sad to see Tom released. It's a pretty big call from Dos, what with Aaron's injury problems over the last two years (not that I'm criticising I hasten to add!!).

Dundo unlikely to face Havant (hammy) As Sallycat has corrected me in a previous post, Dundo is, no doubt, a modern Dad who fully shares the tasks that a new baby brings. However I'm sure even she is surprised that this extends to looking after the baby's pet hamster.

Best wishes to both 'keepers but in particular, Tom who has youth on his side and will hopefully continue to improve. On his day a match saver (penalty record is outstanding) but also prone to calamity (to be fair that was more pre-Jason Brown than recently). Both could be back at GGL soon with Bromley & Chelmsford still to visit.
Now to get behind (metaphorically anyway!) Aaron Howe who had an impressive debut last Saturday.
Great news about Dundo and another (hopefully) nail in the coffin for those on here who hide behind aliases and post complete tosh.

Really sorry to see Tom go, although he is young he seemed to be around for years. From my understanding this will have been Tom's choice as I guess he wants a no1 spot which I think he has earned. It hasn't really worked out with Julian so maybe a parting there is best for both parties. At the end of the day we can't really afford 2 let alone 3 top keepers and what money we do have maybe better spent elsewhere. I really wish both well.
As for Dundo he is a tank, and tanks are built to last so no surprises he has signed on for another season, although I do think his hammy has affected him this season?
