Yes believe it or not, I'm aware of that "Andy K" ... my comment was a response to Medders claim that "it seems to work" - of course you'll be aware that the 3pts we were penalised did actually alter the final position, and therefore meant we had to travel to Hayes Lane to play Ron Ganfield, sorry Bromley ... unlike West Ham and our friends at Boston Utd .... Had you had the points deduction that the current ruling indicated was enforceable than you wouldn't have been in the play-offs at all. That said, have you actually beaten any of the top teams yet this year? (general curiosity, can't be arsed to work it out myself)

Yes we've beaten Hendon (in the trophy) and Ramsgate. Most are saying the top six will be AFCW, Chelmsford, Hendon, Horsham, Staines & Ramsgate ... drawn with Staines and Horsham (FA Cup - lost on pens) and lost to Chelmsford, so pretty even.

Ramsgate was on the opening day though.
I'd only heard the Horsham scores cos of the family connection and the Chelmsford one so it seemed like you weren't really hacking it with the top teams.

I'd say we'd need lots of goals and wins to stay up.
Sorry, bit jet lagged......

Best of luck in your fight for staying up. I wouldnt like to see sufc where they dont belong ( in the Ryman Div) I might even get down the lane and lend some vocal support and sink a beer or 2 over the xmas

As I've posted on another thread, we've only picked up a point per game since mid-December. In another season, 19 points from 30 matches would see us doomed. But because there are three other sides who haven't yet got to 25 points, we're still in with a fighting chance of survival. It now looks as if 40 points would be enough to stay up - and maybe even a few fewer. So seven points from every four games - or 21 from the remanining twelve - is still a good target for us. Three points at Dorchester tomorrow would be a rather important step in the right direction!
