This thread has been an idea I've been toying with for a while.
The name should say it all but it offers the opportunity for anyone in our SUFC community to promote themselves, their hobbies or some self interest (within reason

Naturally thought I'd kick it off myself by introducing 'the yatzee gods'. Aside from being the name of a syndicate in the SAK initiative they are also a band based in down here in Oz.and we have released a debut single called Dazed & Confused.
I wrote the song and it is about my experience with depression. I got monstered with it about 6 years ago and clawed my way out of it some 18 months ago.
Mental health is a topic a lot of people find awkward to talk about; for some it has a stigma, for others it is simply embarrassing to open up about.For me I always thought it was a bit of a myth - something that Hollywood celebrities claimed to have to raise their fading profile. However, it is a very real, very serious issue and I urge anyone who feels they maybe suffering to seek medical advice or visit some of the websites that offer advice.
