Seeing as there is very strong likelyhood we will have a big say in the fortunes of Thurrock (if they lose to Histon they have to beat us to stay up) i thought i would canvass opinion on the matter. Oddly enough i have fond memories of every visit there, be it the amazing Wimpy Double Quarterpounder/Fleetburger challenge i completed in twenty or so heart attack inducing minutes last year, the last minute Haylock goal or the time i got a lift back from there by offering to direct the team coach to the station so Tobi Jinadu could catch his train home. Then of course we have the feelings of poor little Thurrockboy and ILC who have their fair share of Sutton based friends. All in all, a tough decision Especially when you consider that as lovely as another team may be, i at least, always want Sutton to win. Never seen a team be relegated either. Naturally of course they could smash past Histon and be safe or we could not turn up at all and for the second season running we'd see a team to safety in our own defeat. Exciting stuff! I've just remembered they have Max Aneke in goal too

With that Aneke chap in goal, i do feel sorry for Thurrock

Thurrock is my least favourite away trip in NS. Desolate location, no decent beer and miles from the nearest station. I've nothing against the club itself or its fans, but few things would give me greater pleasure than to send them down to the Ryman - where they can enjoy some rousing local derbies with East Thurrock. ;D We did Hayes a favour at the end of last season by allowing them to beat us and stay up. Let's not be so accommodating this time. (Oddly enough, if we do win at Thurrock, Hayes may again be the beneficiaries.)

I like it. Good burgers. Comedy ground. And as a driver possibly the easiest ground to get to....sorry AA, i voted them up Don't mean I want them to win on Saturday though

As the voting is leaning to "want them to stay up" - who do people want to go down instead?
