Yes, definitely at home. Any chance that we could reverse the fixtures and play away instead?
It seems as though I can't get a refund on the hotel and luxury spa day that I booked for next weekend in Bath.
It wouldn't be wise to cancel my effort to appease the Mrs after yesterday's drunken behaviour anyway. Idiot!

Maybe Bath's reserves are at home Why don't you just move the booking to the away game, surely they will do that?

Nooo! Bath away has to be in April. And the date nicely coincides with CAMRA's AGM which this year is in Cardiff, little more than an hour's train journey from Bath.

Very good! My behaviour obviously. No refund or change on the hotel so a weekend in Bath with no football it is, I'm paying a heavy price *sigh*

Bath is a good place though for a weekend; we did that a couple of years ago (and we were at WSM that day and I still didn't make it!). Have a Sally Lunn bun, some local beer and a traditional curry. You an always find a pub with Sky Sports News, tell Mrs Millsy you are enquiring about their Romance-4-2 menu and may be some time.

Being the only Sutton supporter in Bath, I'm coming up for the game. Best places to go for a curry are Bombay Nights (along Lower Bristol Road) or Eastern Eye (in the middle of town) and if you want a pub with Sky, go to either Saracens head (it's opposite the Waitrose) or Metropolitan (opposite the Sainsbury's)
See some of you on Friday for the quiz?

How strange Cliff, you've never posted on here before, and I've never met you, yet I was just thinking of you before I read this thread! (Don't worry, it's SUST membership related)

Anyways-will be there at the quiz, if not behind the goal!

Hey; There only two SWExiles and you have to pass a rigorous test to become a member. This involves buying me lots and lots of Thatchers cider.
BTW I have always disliked Bath - full of hills, churches and trending wine bars - only my opinion though.

It's definitely a world away from Sutton High Street!! Once you look through the students, endless streams of tourists and the locals allowed out for a day trip, it's really a big village. And yes, there are alot of wine bars in town, but also some very good little pubs hidden away serving Bath Ales So, without this turning into Facebook-whereabouts are you, SWExiles?

Cliff
As you can see we are based in Yatton - the other side of Bristol and close to Weston. Unfortunately we will be moving to Wales shortly and according to the map we will be the only U's supporters in Wales - how strange - and another country to add to the list of exiled supporters.
I know Bath quite well having coached the Youth American Football team for some years.
Hope we will meet up for the next match in the SW which I believe is at Bath and hoping they sell zider.
