I'm sure I'm not the only one who's buzzing for this game at Maidstone tomorrow night but I was trying to think earlier when was the last time I was this excited for a match involving our beloved club..
Any thoughts from you folks..
Dover at home in the play-offs in 2014 I guess..

I think the anticipation I'm feeling is probably on a par with when we played Notts County back in 2008, it was the first time I'd seen us reach the 'proper' rounds of the F.A. Cup and to be drawn against a team that was, I think, flying high in League Two seemed like a massive deal to me at the time. I seem to remember a post from Mr. Andy K possibly on here or maybe elsewhere talking about how excited he was for it as well and it certainly contributed to my own butterflies. Sadly won't be at the game tomorrow, but will almost definitely be listening to the commentary which often makes me so much more nervous because I can't see what's going on! Tend to celebrate more enthusiastically when we score as well!

I was pretty excited for the derby away at Bromley last season before the season slipped away from us, though I tend to get excited for Sutton games fairly easily!

I'm actually pretty relaxed about this game. I've been expecting us to finish 2nd or 3rd since mid-season, and we've virtually achieved that as a minimum, irrespective of tonight's result. Anything better is a bonus!
The last really exciting build-up to a Sutton match must have been two years ago for the second play-off semi-final v Dover. Hopes were high after the first-leg 1-1 at Crabble, but, alas, things didn't work on the day. I'm confident that there won't be a repeat tonight of that result.

wont be going to this one but will definitely be trying to follow it and then will be at the next home match.
I dont often post on here and dont in all honesty go to that many games but I was at the recent match v Whitehawk and thought it was a cracking atmosphere!
I'm still hoping the team can win the league but if not does anyone know what dates the play off games would be? I'm assuming the weekend of 7/8 May?

Play offs 4/5, 8/5, 14/5. 4/5 is at the side finishing lower as part of 2 leg semi, final on 14/5 at highest finishing league side involved.

That's interesting, thanks for that. Shows the importance of finishing 2nd if you don't win the league.
Just makes the game tonight that bit bigger!
