When the club are looking for a sponsor it might be worth considering a building society. Stoke City have a very good arrangement that has netted them £4.8 million. Now I know SUFC couldn’t raise 14,000 fans, but if we had 3 to 5% of that amount, that is still quite a tidy sum. Is it possible that the club have someone who works high up for a bank / building society that might be able to come to some arrangement even now with U's fans? Full details below. www.britannia.co.uk/scfc/Britannia in partnership with Stoke City FC Thanks to over 14,000 fans who save with the Stoke City FC Save and Support Account, on 26 February 2007, Britannia presented the club with a cheque for... £778,897 That's £4.8 million since the account started! What's in it for the fans? • it only takes £100 to open an account, • exclusive Club colours passbook, • attractive interest rates, • instant access to your savings, What's in it for the club? An annual contribution from Britannia of up to 1% of the value of savings in all Stoke City Savings Accounts that helps contribute to the future success of the club.
