Newport, Bath, St Albans, Hampton, Hayes, Woodford, Forest Green, Hayes (again), Bromley.
What do these 9 matches have in common?
If you answer that, have we had a season where this much has happened.
And the question is WHY has this happened.
Bit of trivia mixed with a problem.....
And i'm not drunk

Games we've given a penalty away in?

That's what I thought as soon as I read Andy's list.
The one for St Albans was a bit different. ;D
Perhaps the number of penalties we've conceded is a symptom of the pressure our defence has been under this season.

I think we have a problem in central midfield along side Ug, we can't keep the ball or really create so we either go long ball to CD or get caught in possession the result being defenders caught out of position!
Just what happened before Tobi arrived 2003/04 season?

Games we've given a penalty away in? Spot on! Most of these have been recently as well. It worries me how many we have given away. The one against Newport was just bizzare!

As AA said, the more the ball is up the wrong end of the field more likely a team is to concede a spot kick. Likewise, we have not been awarded too many because we don't get into the oppositions box enough.
However, when we do & get fouled it doesn't make much difference anyway as the bloody officials don't give them. That last comment was particulalry true of last season & to a lesser extent, this.
