Hi all, forgive the naive question but it's been bugging me and I'm still yet to find an answer!
Currently the bottom four of the Blue Square Premier go down. Seeing as all four are likely to drop into the Blue Square North, and the top side from either North and South plus the play-off winners from both divisions progress to the top tier, where are the other two sides going to go? Only the bottom three get relegated from BSN and I can't see BSN having 24 teams competing next year.
Call me stupid but does anyone know the answer?!
P.S. What teams do Welling play in the games they have in hand over Sutton? It's still possible to stay up you know!

Probably the two furthest south teams in the conference north will switch to the conference south..

Try taking a look at this site, kevr: www.tonykempster.co.uk/maps08-09.htmTony predicts next season's league line-ups at regular intervals during the season. Obviously it's only speculation, but it's a pretty good guide and there are links to the actual rules on the site, though these seem a bit "bendable". At the moment, we're shown in the Isthmian Premier, of course , but as far as the Conference South is concerned, only Worcester are shown as being likely to switch from Conference North (they may not like that, though, as they lose 4/5 close derby matches). Both Southern Premier potential promotees are shown in Conference South, even though Kings Lynn are further north than 4 Conference North sides (it's considered easier to travel south from Kings Lynn - Kings Lynn to Workington on a Tuesday night, anyone ?).
