Looks like we all share the same opinion. This extract from the Welling forum. " I don't want to be watching Ryman football next season and, due entirely to the inadequacies of other teams, we still have a very good chance of avoiding that scenario providing we get our own house in order. So over to you Mr Ford and Mr Handford. Talk is cheap.............lets have some action to back it up". It's going to be a mucky run-in. Only the brave will survive ! KBB

Well, we'd better start scoring goals pdq, KBB! It's a good job that all the bottom four sides are utterly crap. Our best strategy so far this season, has been to carefully offload people like Craig and Warren to rival clubs higher up our league, so that they can help beat our relegation rivals .

I think we need 11 fighters on the pitch in every game going forward now. That has to include Scarbs and Honey as long as they're both fit.
And we've got to play a left-winger on the left-wing!!

Reading the forums of all the bottom clubs, all are confident they can escape the dreaded drop, based on the thinking that the teams above and below them are rubbish!!! Sutton need lots of goals to improve the goal difference, because at the end of the day the GD could well send us down. No team this year can rely on someone going into admin or an amalgamation to save their bacon.

No team this year can rely on someone going into admin or an amalgamation to save their bacon. Whilst that is true, it's still important to finish as high as possible, even if we're still in the bottom 3. You never know......

I won't bore you with the stats but our defensive record is improving big time compared to the teams around us who are shipping goals like no tomorrow. Our defence is midtable but our forward line is bottom of the league 2 goals since Jan 19th is the killer because if you don't score you can't win hence the recent 0-0 draws have had. We are not making bags of goal scoring chances but we are making enough to survive, we have less problems then those around us who's momentum is downwards while ours is upwards all be it slightly. If you think our run in is bad you should see Welling's its horrific, while any thoughts of catching Bognor should be forgotten as they have a relatively easy end to the season.
Unless something dramatic happens Dorchester be relegated along with St Albans and either Sutton or Welling, St Albans could turn out to be the dark horse with some winnable matches coming up.
The fact is if you run the form back to Christmas Sutton finish neck and neck with Welling and it could come down to GD, so even if we cannot win games against Lewes and Eastbourne we need to keep the scores down. It could be as vital only losing by the odd goal against them as beating Bognor by the odd goal come the end of the season.
Just got a response from Blue Sq they will give 4/1 against Sutton staying up, what you reckon ?
