We'd only be re-signing a player from a Football League club if he's deemed surplus to requirements at that club. Otherwise, why would he take a drop in salary and status? I think that rules out Clough and Wishart. It could be Beautyman, but more likely is a player re-joining us from another non-League club.
We'll find out soon enough.

Seriously we have enough forwards and midfielders and a whole bunch of injured defenders so my guess is that it’s a centre back.

FGR are signing a LOT of players in the window. I think it's four so far, with more on the cards. That could trigger a clearout, including Omar (the forward Dos mentioned) and Wishart (the looking forward to working with him again player).
Of course I could be adding 2+2 to make 5 here so I'm not putting any money on it....
