The potential striker will not be Omar Bugiel as he joins Bromley on loan for the rest of the season. 😩😩 maybe me being greedy but I thought we had half a chance of getting him in on loan - he would have been ideal for us, Bromley have picked up a good player there.

For those newer fans who wouldn't have previously seen him in action: Ooh what a goal this was. You stole our party piece, SUFCTV and Harry were longer then There is actually a lot more of Beauts on SUFCtv youtube, if anyone cares to go through the videos..

Keeping Tom until the end of the season is a good piece of business.

Decent signing. Hopefully Harry will come back an even better player after his football league experience. He should provide a little bit of extra quality in the final third too. On top of that he will be fairly fresh as well so that could work in our favour as players tire towards the end of the season.

I just want to acknowledge how this shows what a great club and management team we have. Again and again players who have left the club to further their careers keep choosing to come back and play for us. Yet another reason why Dos' policy of never standing in the way of a player who wants to leave is a good thing for all parties involved. I doubt they'd want to come back otherwise.

I say Wigan judging by loan movements btw. Dos is known to be quite pally with Wigan gaffer Paul Cook (ex-Pompey) - I think these loans might be favours. It could be mate. Obviously we had May from him last season so it could just be as you say.

This is X rated stuff when he was at Welling. Seems Halifax only know how to play one way - dirty!! Some disgusting attempts at tackling in that video.

Such a sense of excitement at the moment around the club I'm loving it- my dad kept telling me about this guy called Paul Doswell over the years that I missed - and this year I've seen for myself -a true leader - and with all the brilliant people in the background who keep things running so well this club is very special

This is great! Every person that's posted (including me!) loves this news - I'd be amazed if anyone wasn't. Sallycat is spot on too. If we see our classic January push, with the addition of a couple of players like in previous seasons we're in with such a good chance! Remember 2 years ago, in February we were 15 points behind Ebbsfleet and won the league by 6 points. We only really need to do half of that to win the title.
Jared reminded me that it was 10 years ago today where we beat St Albans with a last minute goal from John Scarborough. That was our 4th win out of 5 that season when we hit rock bottom. It's amazing to think how far we've come and for those of us who experienced that season first hand, doing what we are doing now (and have been for the last few years) is is even sweeter.

That's an idea for a on going thread, titled "On this day". Does anyone know a Sutton United historian!
