Good point. Well done team/management and the few supporters/officials who got up there.

Well, what do we make of this? “…..i am going for a 1 1 draw sutton in decent form but think they will struggle with tired legs from the long journey on heavy pitch. gomis to score for barrow” (Bazbarrow)
Wasn’t a bad call for such a twonk!

Aye, the non-abusive part of his post was impressively prescient.

643 attendance isn’t going to pay the bills though, this is a byproduct of postponements through non 3G pitches.

That's nine of our twelve long-distance league away trips now behind us, and we've managed to win five and draw three of those, with Macclesfield the only defeat.
Just Torquay, Halifax and Fylde to come.

In case Billy is reading, there are 10 Sutton fans here. It was 13 in the end. Fair play to you all for that effort!

All credit to the 13 that traveled, and a big thanks to Tony for excellent commentary tonight. The only you can say about tonight is, that Champions elect go to places like Barrow on a Tuesday night, play on a heavy pitch and come home with something

Good to meet the Sutton continent tonight, superb effort on a Tuesday night and one the players and management recognised, really nice touch for them all to come over at the end and shake our hands. Battling performance, and good work from Kieron to slide Tommy in, and a cool finish. Well deserved point and a much better 2nd half performance. Safe journey home the remaining 12

We had a handful of officials too I think Tony mentioned and they definitely count as supporters!
I’d like to see a rule come in that states a throw on has to bounce before entering the opposing penalty area. Hurling throw ins into the box from anywhere in your attacking half really doesn’t make for any sort spectacle. It certainly made my ears bleed a little so it can’t be nice travelling all that way to watch in the flesh!
