Whilst the highlights are vague regarding the validity of awarding the corner for the first goal (You can't see that the ball comes off their defender, although those of us there had no doubts), I was surprised to learn that our players main complaints were that the ball had gone out of play from the initial cross - not something we could comment on from behind the goal. When it comes to their second goal however, you only have to look at 7:15 to see the little jump of frustration, then the utter surprise of Torquay's number 8 as he realises (if he didn't know before) that the referee is an utter twit.

Having said that, what do I know? From the far end I thought Simon Walton's header across goal was annoyingly totally aimless and pointless, and was completely surprised when the side netting bulged and all around me erupted into total happiness. Always laugh when you can, it's cheap medicine (sorry, quoting some Byron there)
