So then, we have a chance to reclaim top spot if we can beat struggling Chester this weekend - what an incentive!
I note Chester have today just sent one their bigger earners out on loan - striker Ross Hannah.
Hoping for a reaction after last Saturday. C'mon U's!!

The matches that concern us tomorrow are
Tranmere v Eastleigh Wrexham v Maidstone Barrow v Dover Boreham Wood V Aldershot
Worst case scenario tomorrow is we're 2nd but only 1 point above 3rd. I think we all know what the best case scenario is.

The previous (and only) three meetings between Sutton and Chester have produced a total of sixteen goals, with the aggregate score standing at 8-8.
Could we be in for another goalfest tomorrow? Chester are desperate for points, though I daresay that some in their camp are already resigned to relegation. They could try to grind out a draw, but a point would be of little use to them at this stage. Their best hope may be to rely on counter-attacks and set pieces.
If there are no goals before half-time, I'd expect the game to open up in the second half. Sutton will really want to win this one.

We have to concentrate on our job and that’s to win and it’s over to Macclesfield on Tuesday night (Home to Gateshead). You should not be looking behind you, look at what’s in front of you only.

Tranmere picked up all 3 points in the early kick off, so they are up to 3rd for now at least. A draw between Aldershot and Boreham Wood would suit best...provided we do the job today, that extra point's gap over 3rd would be nice. And a goal diff boost too please...but now I'm being greedy...

Never got more than the odd hiccuped word so gave up. Maybe just as well as it sounded rather tense at the end and I’m not sure the workout needed a further cardiac uplift. Anyway, job done...over to Gateshead!

Great win and another stunning goal! Seems like Chester are jinxed when they play us as we’ve scored 6 stunning goals against them in 3 out of the 4 meetings
