Our family Picnic in the Park Community event is a little later this year on Saturday 9th June 2018, 12 noon till 3.30pm. It's a FREE event held in Sutton Common Park SM3 9JN entrance oppo. Gillian Park Road in Sutton Common Road. We have music, dance and entertainment performed by the excellent students from Glenthorne High School - The Safer Neighbourhood Police team will be there with vehicles and Cadets. Sutton Fire Engines will keep you cool. Army Reservists only do BIG vehicles and your children can climb all over them, some will be under camouflage! We have horse/pony rides you can see some pictures on Stonecot Neighbourhood Watch Facebook page Have you ever wanted try Bowls, you can with free tuition just bring flat shoes. We have a real mixture of Craft and Charity Stalls - "All Time Catering" provide Burgers, teas coffees etc and there is an Ice Cream Van Sutton Utd junior Girls teams have been invited to participate in a fun game of football ( more details to follow) So much for the Family to enjoy see you there!!

That sounds like fun. Bit of a trek for a picnic but my son would love it and can catch up with some family.

Thank you for your messages of support and with just 6 days to go the weather forecast is very promising!!
To answer questions raised re transport the best bus is 80 to the Woodstock with 413 and 93 to Stonecot Hill then a short walk. The Sutton Common Park car park will not be open to the General Public because we have Police, Fire engines and Army vehicles to accommodate together with Charity and Craft stallholders. We now have far more Charity and Craft stalls to spend your money.
JENNY and PCSO STEVE should both be in attendance and we have a dedicated photographer to capture moments at this Community FREE event .

Very grateful to Morden Little League we now have full size goals for 5 a side football in the Park.
Up to 4 ponies/horses now giving rides for the children and there are lots of Craft and Charity stalls for you to choose from.
Have your cooked lunch as Andrew from our All Time Catering will be there to serve your snacks and meals!!
See you there from 12 noon.
